تتشرف جمعية الهدى بدعوتكم لحضور الاجتماع العام السنوي لعام ٢٠٢٥ وانتخابات المجلس التنفيذي لعام ٢٠٢٦ يوم السبت ١٣ كانون الأول، ديسمبر.
يقدم الاجتماع العام السنوي لمحة عامة عن أنشطة العام، والتقرير المالي، والاستراتيجية التنظيمية. كما تُتيح انتخابات المجلس التنفيذي فرصةً مهمةً لأعضاء الهدى لانتخاب ممثليهم في المناصب القيادية الرئيسية.
نشجع بشدة جميع أفراد الجالية على المشاركة في الاجتماع العام السنوي والانتخابات – كناخبين وكمرشحين. إن تفاني متطوعينا وجهودهم التطوعية تُعزز مجتمعنا، وتُساعدنا على ترسيخ تعاليم ديننا، وتوفير بيئة آمنة ومرحبة للأجيال القادمة.
باب الترشيحات لعضوية المجلس التنفيذي مفتوح حتى ٦ كانون الأول، ديسمبر ٢٠٢٥. ندعو الأفراد المتفانين والراغبين في خدمة مجتمعنا ودعمه إلى تقديم ترشيحاتهم.
يرجى مراجعة مواصفات جميع مناصب المجلس التنفيذي. يتم قبول الترشيحات لجميع المناصب باستثناء الرئيس ونائب الرئيس والمسؤول المالي.
للتصويت في الانتخابات القادمة، يجب أن تكون عضوًا مسجلاً في جمعية الهدى.

Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) & 2026 Executive Board Elections
The Al-Huda Community is cordially invited to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 2026 Executive Board Elections on Saturday, December 13.
The AGM offers an overview of the year’s activities, financial report, and organizational strategy. The Executive Board elections provide an important opportunity for Al-Huda members to elect their representatives for key leadership positions.
We strongly encourage all community members to participate in both the AGM and the elections — as voters and as nominees. The dedication and selfless efforts of our volunteers continue to strengthen our community, helping us uphold the teachings of our faith and foster a safe, welcoming environment for generations to come.
Nominations for Executive Board positions are open until December 6, 2025. We invite dedicated individuals who are eager to serve and support our community to submit their nominations.
Please review the descriptions of all Executive Board positions. Nominations are being accepted for all positions except President, Vice President and Financial Officer.
To vote in the upcoming elections, you must be a registered Al-Huda member.
